Zhonghui TK Data Viewer ("the Service") is a publicly available web application operated by Zhonghui Technology. It is offered to TikTok creators, agencies and content teams who want to review the performance of TikTok accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Any TikTok account holder can connect their account through TikTok Login Kit; team members sign in with accounts provisioned by their workspace administrator.
You must own or be authorized to operate each TikTok account you connect. Connecting an account you do not control is prohibited. The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
The Service requests read-only permissions (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list). These are used only to display the connected account's own profile statistics and the public metrics of that account's own videos. The Service never posts, edits, deletes or publishes content on your behalf, and never requests private messages, direct messages, comments, or data belonging to other users.
Data is retrieved only after you complete the TikTok OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and explicitly grant access. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings; the Service immediately loses access and will no longer sync that account.
Each signed-in member sees only the accounts that member has authorized. Access roles (administrator, operator, viewer) control which actions a member may take; read-only members cannot trigger syncs, exports or publishing actions. Stored metrics are refreshed periodically and are deleted within 30 days after an account is disconnected or access is revoked.
You agree not to use the Service to scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly expose data belonging to other users, and not to circumvent any TikTok platform control, policy or rate limit. You remain responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and is available to a broad audience of creators and teams. Metrics are displayed as returned by the official TikTok APIs and may lag behind the TikTok app. We may suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhonghui Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
