When you connect your TikTok account, TikTok returns to us an access token plus the data covered by the permissions you approved: your account's basic profile (open_id, union_id, avatar, display name), public profile details, follower / following / likes / video counts, and the public metrics of your own published videos (views, likes, comments, shares).
Data is used solely to display your account's performance inside our private dashboard so that our operations team can monitor the accounts it manages. We do not post on your behalf, and we do not request access to private messages or any data outside the scopes listed above.
We do not sell, rent or publicly publish your data. Data is only visible to the account owner and to members of our own organization who operate that account.
Data is retained while your account remains connected. Access tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically; you may revoke access at any time from your TikTok settings, after which no further data is retrieved and stored metrics are deleted within 30 days.
Credentials are stored in access-controlled configuration files. All requests are made over HTTPS to the official TikTok API endpoints.
