This policy explains what data Zhonghui TK Data Viewer collects, why, and how it is handled. The Service uses only official TikTok for Developers APIs and does not collect data from any other source.
When you connect your TikTok account, TikTok returns to us an access token plus the data covered by the permissions you approved: your account's basic profile (open_id, union_id, avatar, display name, username), public profile details, follower / following / likes / video counts, and the public metrics of your own published videos (views, likes, comments, shares, cover image, create time). For signed-in members we also store a username, a salted password hash and a session identifier.
We do not collect private messages, comments, follower lists, payment information, or any data belonging to TikTok users other than the account owner who authorized the connection.
Data is used solely to display each connected account's performance inside the Service's dashboard so that the account owner and their authorized teammates can review it. We do not post on your behalf, do not use the data for advertising or profiling, do not build user profiles for resale, and do not train machine-learning models on it.
We do not sell, rent or publicly publish your data. It is visible only to the account owner and to members of that owner's workspace who have been granted access, with each member seeing only the accounts they personally authorized. TikTok is the source of the data, not a recipient of it from us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Data is retained while the account remains connected. Access tokens are stored in access-controlled server-side storage and refreshed automatically; metrics are refreshed periodically. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok settings, after which no further data is retrieved and stored metrics are deleted within 30 days. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Credentials are stored in access-controlled server-side storage and are never exposed to the browser. All requests are made over HTTPS to the official TikTok API endpoints. Sessions use HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies, and member passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes rather than plain text.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The Service links to TikTok and to its own public pages. The TikTok platform is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
